This past year’s conference for the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education, “Heard it Through the Grapevine” was held in Kelowna, BC from June 7 to 10, 2008. An Enrolment Management track was a new addition this time around. Jim Black, a respected SEM professional, was invited to present on ‘Delivering on the Promise of the Brand’ and ‘ Benchmarking Your Institutional Performance’. The CCAE conference included a number of sessions relevant to the business of Enrolment Services including; compliance with privacy legislation, records management, document imaging along with a variety of marketing and public affairs topics.
