B
Description: This session is primarily intended to demonstrate by way of illustrative example, the types of queries institutions reporting in ESIS format will be able to run against the main ESIS database. Using ESIS data reported by Maritime institutions, Statistics Canada will provide answers to a variety of research questions of interest to registrars and institutional researchers. The session will focus on providing a good overview of the range of questions possible rather than concentrating on detailed analysis of any one issue. In the interest of providing useful data back to respondents, participants will be asked for feedback about what other types of ESIS information Statistics Canada should provide.
