Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities

Every two years members of the registrarial and admissions profession in Canada gather to exchange ideas and strategies to better serve post- secondary education. The needs of prospective and enrolled students are their first priority along with a crucial mandate to support senior administrative and academic management. Increasingly, the products and services offered by private companies and external public organizations are key to the effective planning and implementation of policies and practices.

The ARUCC and its Executive considers the participation of companies essential to the success of the conference. We invite you to present and promote your solutions. The range of exhibit, sponsorship and workshop options are available below.

The conference will favour opportunities for exchange between college and university delegates, corporate participants and public bodies including governments. Some 300 ARUCC members are expected to attend with expertise in recruiting and admissions, registration and enrollment management, scheduling, records management and security, systems and technology, etc. Dozens of presentations are planned and will be posted to this conference website (www.arucc2006.com). Come join our members as they explore trends and anticipate their needs to assure quality, cost-effective service.

There will be an exhibition during the Conference. It will take place on Wednesday June 28, 2005 and Thursday, June 29, 2005. There is a total of 19 exhibition spaces available to exhibit your services and/or your products.

Exhibit fee: 1500$CAD (plus taxes).
Corporate members discounted exhibit fee: 750$CAD (plus taxes).

The Exhibitor fee includes:

  • 10’ x 8 ‘ deep booth space
  • Two (2) Exhibitor's registrations to the conference including two (2) banquet tickets
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) draped table
  • Electricity (standard outlet)
  • Inclusion in the List of Exhibitors
  • Overnight security

Here is an opportunity to showcase your products and services to a motivated audience in a full length scheduled session. Attendees would be well informed prospects and those beginning to investigate how your solution could save money and improve service. A joint presentation with a client enthusiastic about your product or service would add impact.

Presentation fee: 1000$CAD
Presentation fee (ARUCC corporate members): 500$CAD

The program presentation fee includes:

  • Listing of presentation in the official program

Sponsorship

There are 3 basic sponsorship packages available as detailed below: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Alternatively, you may choose to sponsor a specific part of the conference as detailed below. The members of the Organizing Committee thank you in advance for your consideration of our proposals and look forward to your participation as a sponsor.


  • One (1) exhibit space of 10’x8’ including one (1) draped table, two (2) chairs and electricity in the exhibition area.

Complimentary coffee/tea/juice will be served twice daily to all delegates during official coffee breaks. The serving points will be located mainly in the exhibition hall.

 Conference
 Bag
A congress bag containing conference material will be distributed to all delegates upon registration. The bag will contain the Conference Program, Proceedings and various documentation.

Sponsors are welcome to have an insert in the bag, which will be given to each delegate. The insert is to be produced by the sponsor.

All participants will be invited to a special evening which will include a program filled with memorable events.

 Café
The Internet Café will be centrally located. The Café will provide computers with Internet connectivity and will be open to delegates.

 Lunches Lunches will be served to all delegates every day.
